What changes for your kind of site.

Twenty people, one good room.

A smaller headcount does not mean a worse breakroom. The room still gets used every morning, and it still gets noticed the day the coffee runs out.

What usually fits

  • Coffee sized to the morning, when most of the room arrives inside the same half hour
  • A few machines or a compact market, depending on the wall you have to give it
  • Water on the wall or delivered in bottles, whichever the plumbing allows
  • A pantry if you want part of the room to read as a benefit

Before you ask

Questions we get most

You do not need to know the exact equipment or service package before reaching out.

What does it cost to get started?

Call 903-758-8639 or send the form and we will set up a time to come meet with you. We look at the space, check power and the water line, and talk through what your team actually eats and drinks. You get our recommendation for the room, the equipment that fits and the product list before you decide anything.

How is a micro market different from vending?

A market is an open mini convenience store with a self-checkout kiosk. It holds many items that cannot go in a traditional vending machine, and your team can pick up more than one thing and scan it all at once.

How small a site do you serve?

We service accounts from 20 employees up to industrial sites with several hundred. Our motto has always been to treat every customer the same no matter the size difference.

What areas do you cover?

We are the largest full-line vending company in East Texas, running our own routes out of White Oak. Our territory reaches as far west as Terrell, north to Mt. Pleasant and Texarkana, east to Marshall, and south along the Louisiana line through Lufkin and San Augustine down to Jasper. That covers forty five communities across Gregg, Smith, Harrison, Panola, Marion, Upshur, Wood, Van Zandt, Kaufman, Henderson, Titus, Camp, Morris, Cass, Bowie, Cherokee, Anderson, Angelina, San Augustine and Jasper counties. If you are not sure you are inside it, call 903-758-8639 and we will confirm your address.

Will your logo be on our micro market?

No. Our markets are built with your colors and your logo. We do not put our logo or the manufacturer's logo on them. They are not generic markets, they are built specifically for you.

What kinds of machines do you offer?

Snack, drink, cold food, ice cream and coffee machines, in current-generation equipment rather than whatever was left in the warehouse. Glass front snack machines so people can see what they are buying, refrigerated cold food and ice cream where the site supports it, and drink machines we own outright. Because we own the equipment instead of leasing it from the bottler, the front of a drink machine can be wrapped in your logo and colors instead of a soda brand.

What coffee do you carry?

We build the coffee around how your team actually drinks it. Bunn commercial brewers plumb straight into your water line for a full pot. On the single cup side we carry Keurig with a wide K-cup selection, plus Flavia and Mars for offices that prefer that lineup, and plenty of rooms run more than one. On the coffee itself we carry a range of roasts, from a clean everyday filter pack to darker and flavored options, and we adjust the lineup once we see what gets used.

Should we use in-line filtration or 5-gallon bottled water?

We do both, so it comes down to the room. In-line filtration plumbs into your water line and delivers hot or cold on demand, with nothing to change out and nothing to store. Five gallon bottled water is the answer where there is no line to plumb into, or where your team simply prefers bottles. We deliver the bottles and pick up the empties on the same routes that service your machines and coffee.

Can you stock products a vending distributor cannot get?

Yes. We have operated seven convenience stores over the last 17 years, which opens us up to a whole line of products that are not available through vending distributors.
