East Texas vending, markets, coffee and water
Everything that goes in a breakroom, from one local company.
Lone Star Vending has been family operated since 1986. Micro markets, vending, office coffee, pantry, in-line water filtration and five gallon delivery, all run on our own routes out of White Oak. Start with one or build the whole room.
Built around your workplace
What changes for your kind of site.
The same services get put together differently depending on the building and the shift. Open the closest match.
A smaller headcount does not mean a worse breakroom. Coffee sized to the morning, a few machines or a compact market, and water on the wall or delivered in bottles, whichever the room allows. We service offices from 20 employees on the same standard as our largest accounts.

How it works
Four steps to get started.
From the first call to a breakroom your team actually uses.
- Step 1
Tell us about the workplace
Headcount, shifts, and which of the services you are interested in. Two minutes on the form, or one call to White Oak.
- Step 2
We come out and meet you
We look at the space, check power and the water line, and talk through what your team actually eats and drinks.
- Step 3
You get a recommendation
The service mix we recommend for your room, the equipment that fits, and the product list.
- Step 4
We install and keep it stocked
Equipment installed and serviced on your route, stocked with national brands plus items you will not find in a standard vending catalog.

Questions we get most
You do not need to know the exact equipment or service package before reaching out.
How is a micro market different from vending?
A market is an open mini convenience store with a self-checkout kiosk. It holds many items that cannot go in a traditional vending machine, and your team can pick up more than one thing and scan it all at once.
What is the difference between a pantry and a market?
A pantry is employer funded and free to your team at the point of use. A market is self-checkout, so your team pays for what they take. Some workplaces run both.
Should we use in-line filtration or five gallon bottled water?
We do both, so it comes down to the room. In-line filtration plumbs into your water line and delivers hot or cold on demand, with nothing to change out and nothing to store. Five gallon bottled water is the answer where there is no line to plumb into, or where your team simply prefers bottles. We deliver the bottles and pick up the empties on the same routes that service your machines and coffee. Tell us about the space and we will tell you which one fits.
Will your logo be on our micro market?
No. Our markets are built with your colors and your logo. We do not put our logo or the manufacturer's logo on them. They are not generic markets, they are built specifically for you.
What kinds of machines do you offer?
Snack, drink, cold food, ice cream and coffee machines, in current-generation equipment rather than whatever was left in the warehouse. Glass front snack machines so people can see what they are buying, refrigerated cold food and ice cream where the site supports it, and drink machines we own outright. Because we own the equipment instead of leasing it from the bottler, the front of a drink machine can be wrapped in your logo and colors instead of a soda brand. We recommend the mix after we have seen the room and the headcount.
Can you stock products a vending distributor cannot get?
Yes. We have operated seven convenience stores over the last 17 years, which opens us up to a whole line of products that are not available through vending distributors.
How small a site do you serve?
We service accounts from 20 employees up to industrial sites with several hundred. Our motto has always been to treat every customer the same no matter the size difference.
