Do you serve my town?
Our territory reaches as far west as Terrell, north to Mt. Pleasant and Texarkana, east to Marshall, and south along the Louisiana line through Lufkin and San Augustine down to Jasper. We have buildings in more than one town. Can you cover all of them?
Yes, and that is one of the main reasons companies move to us. The same routes that cover Longview and Tyler already reach most of East Texas, so you get one company, one point of contact at the White Oak office, and the same standard of service at every location.
Does service change depending on how far out we are?
No. Our motto has always been to treat every customer the same no matter the size difference, and the same goes for distance. A site in Jasper is on a scheduled route the same way a site in Longview is.
Do you charge more outside Longview?
Distance on its own does not set the price. What matters is the headcount, the equipment the room needs and how often it has to be serviced. Call and describe the site and we will tell you what it looks like.
